We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to help shape the future of our brand new Metal Manufacturing facility in the Dallas area. Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Support new product launches by developing tooling, fixtures, and clear work instructions.
• Partner with design and production teams to ensure products are built for manufacturability.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to improve workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Evaluate automation opportunities and support capital equipment projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (required).
• 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience, ideally in metal fabrication.
• Solid background in Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.
• Comfortable working with equipment, automation, and production troubleshooting.
• CAD skills or familiarity with simulation tools are a plus.
