Manufacturing Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and improve metal fabrication processes, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and on-time performance. You will lead CNC programming, blueprints analysis, and lean initiatives, coordinating with Sales, Estimating, Purchasing, and Quality teams.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent hands-on fabrication experience.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools and ERP systems for manufacturing.
Experience in sheet metal fabrication and precision machining is preferred.

Responsabilités

Program CNC turret punches and generate flat layouts for sheet metal parts and assemblies.
Review drawings and models, update programs for engineering changes, and document highlights.
Collaborate with Sales, Estimating, Purchasing, Quality, and Production during new product development to optimize methods.
Audit job tickets for accuracy and enforce revision levels, quantities, and material specs.
Oversee sheet metal fabrication workflows including CNC turrets, press brakes, and welding.
