You will train and guide teams, host Kaizen events, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and throughput while ensuring timely delivery and cost effectiveness. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability and willingness to learn production operations.
• Well organized and effective communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve Safety, Quality, Throughput, Efficiency, and repeatability of processes using lean principles.
• Lead continuous improvement activities to improve KPIs (safety, quality, on-time delivery).
• Manage and support projects to meet growth objectives.
• Coach site management on lean principles and implementation.
• Assist sites with financial justifications for future state actions.
• Maintain work instructions, standards, JSAs, and related docs.
• Create and maintain FMEA and quality control plans.
• Implement Visual Factory standards (5S, inventory, tracking).
• Ensure adherence to plant safety procedures and PPE use.
• Collaborate with vendors to develop equipment for future state.
• Track timelines on all projects and educate teams to be self-sufficient.
