Challenge Manufacturing in Holland, MI is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the press operations and oversee the plant's manufacturing functions, ensuring on-time, quality, and profitable output.

You will analyze daily production needs, coordinate across departments, and drive safety, training, and continuous improvement while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. This role is on-site and requires strong leadership and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience leading a multi-shift production facility.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills.
• Experience with Plex Systems ERP is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead all press operations and coordinate production departments.
• Analyze material, equipment, and staffing needs daily.
• Ensure product quality and manage cost to meet schedules.
• Train and develop production personnel; drive safety and teamwork.
