Job summary

Honda is seeking qualified individuals to lead, create, and implement innovative technical activities in Mass Production, Business Plan and New Model programs to meet Safety, Environment, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale targets.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with hands-on troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 0-6 years of experience based on education; manufacturing co-op experience optional.
• Proficient with industry-standard software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Communicate upward and downward to ensure common understanding and direction.
• Review daily reports to identify safety, quality, and delivery gaps and define countermeasures.
• Lead data-driven problem solving using PDCA and cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Monitor equipment and processes to optimize manufacturing performance and control costs.
• Develop self and team through training and mentoring in technical areas.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources for successful completion.
