You will lead, create, and implement solutions in line with PDCA, Business Plans, and New Model programs to advance production excellence. The role requires 8+ years in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering, a BS in engineering, and strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• BS in Mech/Elec/Industrial Engineering or related experience.
• 8+ years, based on education.
• Leadership and planning/organization skills required. Good problem solving and communications skills. High technical knowledge and manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead equipment downtime, quality, safety & efficiency to meet department SQP KPIs.
• Design concepts and equipment solution methods to meet PDCA analysis, Business Plan, or New Model projects.
• Provided leadership, support, for Technical Engineering and Equipment Service Associates.
• Create and manage manpower, expense & investment budgets and schedules for equipment designs to support PDCA, Business Plan, or New Model activity cost targets.
