Job summary

Honda is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Lincoln, Alabama to lead and implement innovative technical activities in Mass Production, Business Plan and New Model. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale targets, while collaborating with multiple teams to optimize equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include analyzing daily reports, applying PDCA methods, and managing projects and budgets. Travel up to 5% and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with relevant experience.
• 0-6 years’ experience; manufacturing co-op experience is a plus.
• Computer literate to support industry standard software applications.
• Positive attitude, open minded & team player.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Review daily reports to identify safety, quality, and delivery gaps and propose countermeasures.
