Job summary

Honda Manufacturing in Lincoln, AL seeks a results-driven engineer to lead innovative technical activities across Mass Production, Business Plan and New Model programs. You will drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale targets with data-driven PDCA methodologies.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Engineering, 0-6 years of manufacturing experience, and strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Travel up to 5% domestic/international is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Associates degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology with relevant experience.
• 0-6 years’ experience; co-op experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, create, and implement innovative activities in Mass Production, Business Plan and New Model.
• Communicate across all levels to ensure alignment and direction.
• Use data analysis and PDCA to drive countermeasures and improvements.
• Monitor equipment and processes to optimize performance and cost.
• Develop team capability through training and mentoring.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Test and implement new technologies to improve efficiency.
