Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to drive design and improvements of manufacturing processes. You will work across functions to translate specifications into product and tooling designs, partnering with suppliers to meet project goals.

Responsibilities include developing specs, conducting runoff and validation, leading kaizen activities, and managing project schedules and budgets. Strong mechanical background and 5+ years in manufacturing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; significant mechanical experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment, strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed specs for process, equipment, or tooling to meet objectives.
• Develops runoff plans for process, equipment, and tooling; executes runoff tasks for validation.
• Drives process improvements to reduce waste, cost, and lead times.
• Maintains project schedules and ensures on-time delivery of critical path items.
• Partners with tooling/equipment suppliers to achieve project goals.
• Forecasts spending and manages budgets for Capital Investment Projects.
• Leads or facilitates kaizen activities to improve production processes or introduce solutions.
• Prepares project updates for management reviews; may lead cross-functional teams.
• Mentors engineers or technicians; travels to support equipment validation.
