Job summary

Regal Rexnord in West Chester, PA, seeks a Manufacturing Engineer III to lead process improvements in Machine Shop and Assembly lines. The role focuses on safe, reliable processes, tool/fixture design, and documentation of standard work.

You will own manufacturing processes end-to-end in designated cells and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include acting as the primary owner for operator questions, leading daily management to improve SQDIP metrics, and performing root cause

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience required.
• Lean Manufacturing / Problem Solving tools and ISO/QS familiarity preferred.
• Experience with QS and ISO requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical questions from operators and responds promptly.
• Leads daily management to boost safety, quality, delivery, inventory and productivity.
• Performs RCCM analysis on internal quality issues and coordinates with Quality/QA teams.
• Troubleshoots equipment and coordinates with Maintenance for repairs.
• Drives process improvement through standard work, Kaizen events, and tooling design.
