Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to lead process improvements in the Machine Shop and Assembly cells, owning process safety, quality, and throughput. You’ll design fixtures, tools, and documentation, and collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to ensure reliable operations.

The role is based in West Chester, PA, onsite, with responsibilities spanning standard work, data-driven improvements, and support for new product development in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Lean Manufacturing / Problem Solving tools preferred.
• QS and ISO requirements experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns technical questions from operators and provides prompt answers.
• Lead daily management to drive Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Productivity.
• Perform RCCM analysis of internal quality issues and implement countermeasures.
• Submit deviation and Engineering Change Order requests as needed.
• Maintain equipment with preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Support New Product Development as needed.
