Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead process improvements in assembly and machine shop cells, ensuring safe, reliable operations, maximum yield and throughput. You will own process flows, standard work, and tooling design, while guiding lean initiatives under the Regal Rexnord Business System.

Located in West Chester, PA, the role requires 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, a mechanical or industrial engineering background, and familiarity with Lean tools,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field; 3–5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Lean Manufacturing / Problem Solving tools experience preferred; QS and ISO requirements knowledge.
• SolidWorks fixturing design and GD&T, tolerance stack‑up analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary owner for technical questions from assembly/machine operators.
• Lead daily management to drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity.
• Conduct RCCM analysis of quality issues and implement countermeasures.
• Develop and document standard work, tooling, and equipment maintenance.
• Support new product development and process qualification.
