Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Union Grove, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to lead complex manufacturing improvements and capital projects at the gear box center of excellence.

You will drive safety, quality, and cost reductions through Lean, Six Sigma, and data analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a strong engineering background and a track record of delivering scalable process enhancements in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 10 years in manufacturing engineering with assembly experience.
• Proven record leading complex process improvements and capital projects.
• Strong Lean manufacturing knowledge and CI methodologies.
• Experience with root cause analysis, statistical problem solving, and optimization.
• Proficient in manufacturing performance metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical leadership for assembly processes, equipment, and production systems.
• Provide engineering leadership for major plant initiatives and strategic improvement projects.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and process governance across operations.
• Champion safety initiatives and foster a proactive safety culture.
• Lead high-impact CI initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency.
• Lead capital expenditure projects from concept development through implementation and closeout.
• Develop business cases, ROI calculations, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance personnel, and operations during project execution.
