The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing, a mechanical/industrial engineering background, and experience with 3D modeling, 2D drawings, and problem solving. On‑site role with strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience coordinating complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops detailed specifications for process, equipment, or tooling to achieve objectives.
• Develops process, equipment, and tooling runoff and validation plans.
• Executes runoff plans and tasks related to equipment build or recipe changes for validation.
• Drives process improvements to reduce waste, improve costs, and shorten lead times.
• Maintains project schedules and ensures on-time delivery of critical path items.
• Collaborates with tooling/equipment suppliers to achieve project goals.
• Fores casts budgets for Capital Investment Projects and manages spending.
