You will drive engineering standards, problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence and growth for the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in manufacturing engineering in a production environment, extensive assembly experience.
• Proven success leading complex process improvements and capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologies.
• Experience with root cause analysis, statistical problem solving, and process optimization.
• Proficiency with manufacturing performance metrics and data analysis.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for assembly and other manufacturing processes, equipment, and production systems.
• Act as a key technical resource for production, maintenance, quality, and leadership teams.
• Provide engineering leadership for major plant initiatives and strategic improvement projects.
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, and governance across operations.
