Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Union Grove, WI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to lead complex improvement initiatives, capital projects, and process optimization. You will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple production areas and drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's in an engineering discipline, 10+ years in manufacturing engineering, and strong leadership, Lean and Six Sigma experience. This is an onsite position at our Union Grove site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Extensive experience with assembly processes and leading complex process improvements.
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical efforts for assembly and manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
• Champion safety initiatives and drive risk reduction through engineering controls.
• Lead high-impact process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage capital equipment projects from concept to closeout with ROI calculations.
