Job summary

Prime Acquisitions Llc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production operations and elevate process efficiency. You will help develop and optimize manufacturing methods, participate in NPI, and troubleshoot manufacturing issues across engineering, production, and quality teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with suppliers and customers, cost-conscious process improvements, and maintaining accurate process documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
Knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes and assembly testing is preferred.
Strong CAD/CAM, Excel, and ERP/MRP systems proficiency is expected.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to production assembly and testing processes, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
Develop and improve manufacturing methods, workflows, and processes to increase efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Document processes, including flows, times, staffing, and cost estimates; support NPI and product transitions.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and management to resolve challenges and support schedules.
Assist with ECNs and continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate with customers on technical issues related to assembly, testing, and manufacturing requirements.
