Job summary

Connexion Systems & Engineering is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II in Kensington, NH. This hands-on role focuses on developing, improving, and integrating manufacturing processes across new and existing programs, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent production.

You will partner with Engineering and Production to design tooling, fixtures, and assembly processes, translating requirements into practical manufacturing workflows and driving continuous improvement in manufacturability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in a manufacturing/production environment; 6+ years if no degree.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate product requirements into manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and refine manufacturing and production engineering processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Production on product design and tooling for efficient manufacture.
• Establish processes for new production programs and assemble manufacturing workflows.
