Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to diagnose test failures and identify root causes.
• Generate and sustain assembly instructions with SMEs to ensure alignment with requirements.
• Support troubleshooting and repairs for sub-assemblies and systems for programs in McKinney.
• Investigate failure trends and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop troubleshooting aids and documentation to support production and test processes.
• Work to reduce cycle time, minimize touch time, and optimize production costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical production challenges.
