Job summary

RTX in McKinney, TX is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) factories, including composite layup and curing, mechanical and electrical assembly, coating, and bonding. You will drive process improvements and support production, rework, and repair activities across multiple military products.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • B.S. in mechanical, chemical, materials, electrical, or composites engineering.

Raytheon is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support Consolidated Manufacturing Center (CMC) factories in McKinney, TX. You will be responsible for controlling and improving manufacturing processes, including one or more of the following: composite layup and curing, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, coating, and structural bonding. You will conduct process improvement projects and will support production, rework, and repair processes for a variety of military products. You will work closely with production personnel, operations and program management, and quality engineering.

  • B.S. in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, materials engineering, electrical engineering, or composites engineering.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.

This role is a U.S.-based role.
