Job summary

Amphenol Cable and Interconnect Technologies Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer II to support product life cycles from concept to launch.

You will lead development of processes and equipment to build products safely, accurately, and cost-effectively, coordinating with management, product lines, and quality teams. The role requires strong engineering foundations, experience with Design of Experiments, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET) or equivalent experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes in metal fabrication and assembly.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings and provide manufacturing feedback for design considerations.
• Develop and implement part processes to meet KPI targets.
• Lead NPD projects with cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Support production as SME to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with change control processes and audits.
