Job summary

Amphenol CIT in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a cross-functional team supporting product life cycle from concept to launch and maturation. You will develop and implement processes and equipment to build products safely, accurately, and cost-effectively.

You will lead design for manufacturability feedback, execute DOE projects, and drive continuous improvement across production, quality, and supply chain while collaborating with engineering and management to meet KPI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from ABET accredited program (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
CMfgT / SME certification preferred.
Experience in manufacturing engineering roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

Interpret drawings and specs to provide feedback and manufacturability recommendations.
Estimate part costs, lead times, and NRE; provide cost & time data.
Lead New Product and Process Development (NPD) projects with cross-functional teams.
Support production as SME to resolve production issues.
Develop process instructions to meet KPI targets.
Contribute to audits and continuous improvement efforts.
