Qualifications

• Interpret drawings/specifications to advise on design and cost.
• Lead Design of Experimentation to identify root causes and improvements.
• Support audits and change control processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret internal and external drawings, specs, and workmanship standards to provide feedback.
• Develop part process instructions to guide production with KPI targets.
• Lead NPD projects with cross-functional teams from concept to launch.
• Provide SME technical support on the production floor to resolve issues.
• Assist change control to update procedures and tools.
