Amphenol Communications Solutions, a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Engineer to advance new product introductions for high‑speed connectors. You will lead manufacturability assessments, support design for mass production, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth transitions from prototype to volume production.
Responsibilities include developing production processes, optimizing lines, and implementing automation while driving cost
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
- Experience supporting high-volume global manufacturing operations.
- Experience with automated manufacturing lines and industrial automation.
Responsabilités
- Lead DFM assessment and manufacturability analysis for new product development.
- Support scaled global manufacturing and mass production readiness.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, lines and automation.
- Collaborate with engineering to meet manufacturability and cost targets.
- Support trial production, ramp and mass production implementation.
- Drive cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate with automation teams and plants to deploy new equipment.
