Amphenol Communications Solutions, a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join the Mezzanine Products Group in Valley Green, PA. You will help transition new products from development to manufacturing, working closely with product development, engineering, and supply chain to meet cost and quality targets.

You will manage cross-functional deliverables, develop schedules, and drive new product launches from prototype to high-volume production, requiring

Qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, or Product Development.
• Experience with FMEA, DOE, and continual process improvement.
• Ability to communicate well with Global Customers and all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel 6-8x per year, including internationally.

Responsabilités

• Participate in early-stage product development and ensure Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Test, Installation & Service requirements are captured.
• Apply DFM principles early in the design process and promote concurrent engineering.
• Conduct manufacturing readiness assessments and review drawings to ensure requirements are met before transition to manufacturing.
• Develop schedules for new product releases to customer sites and drive cross-functional milestones.
• Deliver new products on-time, within budget, and at expected quality and reliability levels.
• Provide feedback to Engineering and Supply Chain to capture lessons learned from rollouts.
