Job summary

Amphenol CIT in Kent, WA, is seeking an NPD Engineering Facility Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations, including warehouse activities, inventory management, safety, and staff supervision. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to support product development and ensure projects stay on schedule.

You will supervise warehouse, production and engineering staff, coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor project status and resources, and lead tours

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/sciences or 5+ years in a technical engineering role.
• 3–5+ years of warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or site supervision experience.
• Background in aerospace, defense, or cable assembly industries favored.
• Experience in wire and cable manufacturing, electrical products, industrial manufacturing, or a related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations to ensure a safe, productive environment and serve as the primary point of contact for site issues.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to support development and on-time project delivery.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse, production, and engineering staff; schedule shifts and provide coaching.
• Maintain facility readiness, including building systems, equipment, security, and upkeep.
• Monitor OSHA safety programs and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Lead facility tours for customers, auditors, and visitors.
