Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, aeronautical, mechanical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years progressive experience in complex assembly and manufacturing.
• Ability to make risk-based design inputs to improve manufacturability and throughput.

Responsibilities

• Provide design for manufacturing feedback during development and prototype builds.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, reliability and production teams, plus external vendors.
• Cover shop floor for primary structure work centers and maintain production flow.
• Champion process improvements across work centers to improve assembly operations.
• Create work instructions and best practices for high-fidelity manufacturing processes.
