Job summary

Relativity Space is building a rocket factory in Long Beach, with Stage Manufacturing owning Terran R structures and sub-systems. You’ll manage hardware from design release through build and test, develop build flows, and ensure high-volume subassemblies meet quality standards.

You’ll collaborate across design, supply chain, production, and test teams to enable scalable manufacturing, while contributing to tooling strategies and production documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related technical field with hands-on hardware experience.
• Experience building and testing hardware in manufacturing or integration environments.
• Ability to investigate hardware issues and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware from design release through build, test, and delivery for vehicle sub-systems.
• Develop and release detailed build flows, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Support first article builds focusing on manufacturability and quality.
• Provide hands-on floor support and drive continuous improvement across hardware flow.
