You will drive process improvements, design and implement manufacturing procedures, and collaborate with technicians and production staff to keep lines running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field; mechanical engineering preferred.
• Engineering internship preferred; no prior experience required.
• Some travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects with defined goals and scope.
• Develop and implement optimum manufacturing processes.
• Train teams on new processes, tools, and equipment.
• Support maintenance and production in problem-solving.
• Coordinate corrective actions to production issues using engineering methods.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction.
