Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities to boost efficiency.
• Coordinate with plant problem solving teams to ensure quality parts and safe operations.
• Provide on-call support for manufacturing processes to meet customer demands.
• Develop maturation plans and timelines aligned with risk mitigation.
• Lead launches and maturation of new business processes; participate in PFMEA.
• Communicate with peers to standardize launching practices and share data.
