Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Manufacturing Engineering team and provide day-to-day technical ownership within our production operations.

This hands-on role sits on the factory floor, supporting Pick / Pack operations and rotating across departments as needed to drive safety, quality and efficiency. You will collaborate with production leaders, maintenance, and QA to standardize work, reduce waste, and implement rapid improvements through 6S and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or operations support.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume or fulfillment-style operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time engineering support to production teams to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and labor targets are met.
• Own and maintain standard work, labor standards, and visual controls for assigned areas.
• Identify and eliminate waste, variation, and rework.
• Partner with QA to reduce errors, defects, and customer escapes.
• Lead CI efforts within assigned departments, including 6S and visual management.
