Soap Creek Resources is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to set up and maintain production lines used to repair and upgrade electronic products and to support technicians diagnosing and repairing systems in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment.

You will lead the setup of new production line equipment, assist in designing test fixtures, troubleshoot failures, collect repair data, and mentor technicians while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience with microcontroller- or microprocessor-based products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the setup of new production line equipment used to test, repair, and upgrade electronic products.
• Assist in the design, construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and test systems, including hardware, software, and mechanical components as needed.
• Troubleshoot product failures and perform root-cause analysis on electronic products returned from customer facilities.
• Collect repair data and maintain accurate repair records and databases.
• Provide feedback to product development teams regarding design corrections, product enhancements, and recurring failure trends.
• Assist in developing and documenting troubleshooting and repair protocols.
• Perform repairs on returned devices in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to operations and repair technicians.
