Job summary

Your Talent Team is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support electronics repair and upgrade lines in a fast-paced production environment. This role focuses on setting up and maintaining production lines, assisting technicians, and developing test systems to ensure quality and efficiency.

You will troubleshoot at the component level, build fixtures, mentor staff, and collaborate with product teams to drive continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing testing or repair preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot to the component level using schematics and test equipment.
• Experience designing and maintaining test fixtures is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with MS Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead setup of production line equipment used to test, repair, and upgrade products.
• Assist in design and maintenance of test fixtures and systems (hardware/software).
• Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned electronics.
• Collect repair data and maintain repair databases.
• Mentor operations and repair technicians and provide technical guidance.
