Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to set up and maintain production lines used for repairing and upgrading electronic products. The role involves supporting technicians in diagnosing and repairing electronic systems to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.

The candidate will lead the setup of new production line equipment, design and maintain test fixtures, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with product development for improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with design or manufacturing of microprocessor- or microcontroller-based products.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience developing automated test systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of new production line equipment used to test, repair, and upgrade electronic products.
• Assist in design, construction, and maintenance of test fixtures and test systems.
• Troubleshoot product failures and perform root-cause analysis on electronic products returned from customer facilities.
• Collect repair data and maintain repair records.
• Provide feedback to product development teams regarding design corrections and enhancements.
• Develop and document troubleshooting and repair protocols.
• Perform repairs on returned devices following safety standards.
• Mentor operations and repair technicians.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians.
