Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to set up and maintain production lines used to repair and upgrade returned electronics. You will troubleshoot at the component level and develop test fixtures to accompany repairs in a fast-paced electronics environment.

You will mentor technicians, participate in root-cause analysis, and collaborate with product teams to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, testing, or repair preferred.
• Experience with microprocessor- or microcontroller-based products required.
• Experience in automated test systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup of new production line equipment for testing, repair, and upgrades.
• Design, build, and maintain test fixtures and systems.
• Troubleshoot failures and perform root-cause analysis on returned products.
• Maintain repair data and databases.
• Provide feedback to product development on design corrections and trends.
• Mentor technicians in troubleshooting and repair.
• Support operations to ensure safe, efficient production processes.
