Job summary

The selected candidate will design processes, layouts, and sequences, ensure quality, and pursue manufacturing techniques while complying with security clearances and relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field by August 2027.
• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 2 years of engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures and layouts for assemblies and production.
• Arrange machines within facilities for efficient layout.
• Define sequence of operations and tool fabrication procedures.
• Adapt machine design to factory conditions; include inspection requirements.
• Inspect machinery and initiate corrective actions to ensure quality.
• Develop processes applicable to statistical process control.
• Provide guidance to engineering on design concepts and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
