Qualifications

• Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree in STEM by August 2027
• Be majoring in a STEM field
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and Program Special Access

Responsibilities

• Design manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling
• Design arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout
• Design sequence of operations and specifies procedures for fabrication of tools and equipment
• Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions; may include inspection and test requirements
• Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify efficiency and initiate corrective action
• Develop manufacturing processes applicable to statistical process control
• Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements
• Ensure processes and procedures comply with regulations
