Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Iuka, MS is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 3 to support our Aeronautics Systems site. The role requires hands-on fabrication, reading blueprints, and precision measuring with tools, ensuring quality and adherence to process controls.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years in aerospace/manufacturing/maintenance environment.
• Ability to perform physical and repetitious work (lift up to 35 lbs, climb, bend).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand blueprints and translate into fabrications.
• Assemble and fit parts with precision tooling and measuring devices.
• Operate on multiple shifts with appropriate PPE and safety.
• Maintain quality through shop controls and continuous improvement.
