Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant technical field, or 4 years equivalent experience.
• Experience building asset strategies and performing root cause analysis.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment setup, operation, or repair.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and/or Project).

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement asset strategies for assigned assets, including maintenance and parts strategy.
• Lead asset performance improvements focused on safety, quality, and cost.
• Work with operators to identify hazards and mitigate high-risk scenarios.
• Communicate vision and objectives to employees.
• Coach operators on safe operation and best practices.
• Troubleshoot process, quality, and equipment issues with teams.
• Develop/update operating procedures with shift supervision.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate repairs and plan shutdowns; initiate capital projects as needed.
• Partner with Learning and Development on qualifications.
• Perform GEMBA walks to boost engagement and maintenance performance.
