Prime Management Group Inc. in Cincinnati, OH seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize processes for aerospace-grade components. You will own projects from problem identification through implementation, directly interfacing with equipment to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost.

Requirements include a B.S. in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, 5+ years in a similar role with 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, strong GD&T and CAD skills, CNC experience,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or related field required.
• 5+ years in a similar engineering role with at least 3 years in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong GD&T, CAD, and mechanical design capabilities.
• Experience designing fixtures and tooling, preferably for CNC applications.
• CAPEX project experience and equipment implementation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; Minitab is a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
