Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Lead Manufacturing Engineer in Evendale, OH to advance the development and industrialization of classified component manufacturing techniques for Next Generation engine programs. You will integrate processes across Coatings, Non-Conventional Machining, Composites, and Assembly, guiding teams and ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets are met.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 3+ years in manufacturing quality systems (AS9100/NADCAP), CAD modeling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 4+ years of experience in manufacturing quality systems.
• Experience with AS9100/NADCAP and CAD modeling software (Unigraphics preferred).
• Prior roles in Supply Chain Operations and cross-functional teams.
• U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop manufacturing processes for classified hardware.
• Lead projects with significant business impact and provide technical direction.
• Document projects and capture lessons learned with rigor.
• Apply quality tools to analyze data and make recommendations.
