Job summary

PCX Aerostructures, LLC is seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize aerospace component fabrication in Manchester, PA.

You will drive process improvements, manage BOMs and routings, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet quality and delivery targets. The role requires a Bachelor's in manufacturing engineering and 5–7 years of aerospace manufacturing experience, with strong GD&T skills and proficiency in CAD/CAM NX and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing flow process experience in aerospace preferred.
• Strong GD&T knowledge.
• Proficient in English (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Process components from raw state to finished requirements on machining centers or via outside vendors.
• Enter BOM and routing into ERP.
• Lead process improvements to reduce costs.
• Support floor during fabrication and rework as needed.
• Create standard work for plant engineering and vendors.
• Liaise between customers and PCX program managers.
• Quote new or revised components.
