  • Update bills of material, manufacturing routers, and engineering documentation
  • Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S principles to improve manufacturing performance

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word; Minitab experience is an asset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Preferred Experience
  • Aerospace manufacturing and/or AS9100 experience

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance and Health Savings Account
  • Life insurance
  • Paid time off and parental leave
  • Employee assistance program, retirement plan, and referral program
The Ideal Candidate

You are a hands-on problem solver and builder who enjoys understanding how things work, analyzing data, designing practical solutions, and taking ownership through implementation.

If you thrive on challenging manufacturing problems and want the opportunity to make a direct impact rather than work within a narrowly defined engineering function, we would like to hear from you.
