Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. Eastlake is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support investment casting operations, drive process improvements, and collaborate with operations and engineering teams to boost efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 1–2 years in regulated manufacturing, with lean and root-cause analysis experience; immediate contributions expected and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Lean manufacturing knowledge and systematic problem solving experience.
• Data-driven decision making and structured problem solving.
• Leadership and teamwork to drive projects across teams.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Manufacturing Managers and Business Unit teams to implement changes to processes, tools, and reduce rework for efficient production.
• Assess changes to production of parts and sustain improvements across implemented ideas.
• Establish and maintain SPC control charts for key variables; investigate scrap with root cause analysis.
