Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) in Cudahy, CA is seeking a Product Engineer with 3+ years of casting manufacturing experience to lead process development and tooling for complex aerospace components.

You will own casting processes from design through production, apply DOE and Six Sigma to improve yields, and collaborate with engineering, quality, tooling and customers to ensure precision and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of casting manufacturing experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required; materials or metallurgical emphasis preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize casting processes from design through production.
• Improve process yields and reduce variation using data, DOE, and Six Sigma.
• Provide technical guidance to Production and Quality teams.
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.
