Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp in Eastlake, Ohio is seeking a Product Engineer to develop robust manufacturing processes and tooling in the aerospace and industrial investment casting markets. The ideal candidate will have a BS in Engineering and over 5 years of relevant experience, especially in investment casting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in mechanical or product engineering.
• Experience in the investment casting industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance manufacturing processes for investment casting.
• Support construction of dies and tooling required for production.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve yield and quality.
• Control dimensional quality to meet customer expectations.
• Document work procedures and processes effectively.

Skills

Knowledge of DS/SX and Equiaxed casting processes

Knowledge of statistics and Six Sigma

Strong working knowledge of GD&T

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Proficient in NX/UG, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Suite

Education

BS in Engineering or related technical field

5+ years experience in mechanical or product engineering

Experience in the investment casting industry
