Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Eastlake seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to provide engineering and manufacturing support in an investment casting facility. You will drive continuous process improvements, reduce variation, and optimize overall performance while supporting new product launches and cross-functional collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Preference for investment casting industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers and teams to implement process improvements and reduce rework.
• Establish and maintain SPC control charts for key variables.
• Investigate scrap with root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product launches and optimize throughput, safety, quality, and cost across the department.
• Develop and maintain work procedures for manufacturing operations.
