Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) Euclid, OH is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process improvements in investment casting for aerospace components. You will learn and apply proven manufacturing methods while contributing to tooling development and qualification in a highly technical setting.

Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and production teams to implement changes, establish standard times, and sustain lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field required.
• 1-2 years in manufacturing environment; investment casting preferred.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and problem-solving skills valued.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Manufacturing Managers to implement process changes and reduce rework.
• Develop and sustain lean manufacturing programs and standard times.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve operator productivity, and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering on process changes and documentation.
