Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America offers an 18-month Essentials of Manufacturing (EOM) program for engineers to advance into manufacturing leadership. Participants will rotate at a single plant for 18 months with quarterly travel to other Saint-Gobain sites in North America, balancing site projects (80%) with program activities (20%).

Start dates vary, with annual kickoff in July and completion 18 months later in December; there is potential for a final placement based on performance and business needs

Responsibilities

• Support maintenance and equipment reliability initiatives
• Assist with preventative maintenance and downtime reduction efforts
• Analyze equipment performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Participate in problem-solving, and continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, WCM, etc)
