Some travel to local Iowa sites is expected. Qualifications include a STEM degree and 2+ years experience; preferred knowledge includes electrical engineering in electronics manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical interpretation of drawings and specifications.
• Analyze and resolve design tolerance problems.
• Evaluate and order capital test equipment and perform cost/payback analysis.
• Support capacity planning and testing equipment needs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for test failures.
• Develop and maintain test methods and processes for sub-assemblies and top-level products.
